This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how CelestForge Publishing (“CelestForge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles the production, packaging, and delivery of books, printed materials, and merchandise ordered through https://celestforgepublishing.com or associated distribution channels.

All orders are processed on a print-on-demand (POD) basis, meaning each product is printed only after an order is placed.
This ensures that every copy is freshly produced, environmentally efficient, and quality-checked before shipping.

By placing an order through our website or any of our partnered platforms, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • For print-on-demand books, production typically takes 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Bulk or custom orders (more than 10 copies) may take up to 10–15 business days depending on workload and printing partner schedules.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and sent for printing.

Note: “Business days” refer to working days excluding weekends and national holidays.


3. Shipping Within India

  • We ship throughout India via reputed courier partners (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, or India Post).

  • Standard delivery time after dispatch is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Tracking details are shared via email or dashboard once the package is dispatched.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier capacity, or unforeseen circumstances.

Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience extended delivery times.


4. International Shipping

  • CelestForge offers limited international shipping via India Post Registered Airmail or International Book Post, subject to availability.

  • Average delivery time: 15–30 business days, depending on the destination country’s postal system.

  • Some regions may require longer delivery periods due to customs clearance.

  • Tracking may not be available for International Book Post (open parcel) service.

  • All applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

Important: We currently ship from India; our international (U.S./U.K.) addresses serve only as virtual correspondence points, not shipping origins.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on weight, destination, and courier service used.

  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • For promotional offers or bulk orders, discounted or free shipping may apply at CelestForge’s discretion.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification with a tracking number and courier partner details.

  • You can track your package using the courier’s website or via your Author Dashboard → Orders section.

  • In case of non-receipt of tracking details within 7 business days of payment, please contact support@celestforgepublishing.com.


7. Packaging and Handling

Each product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Books are shipped in cardboard or bubble-wrap-protected packaging.
For multiple items, we may ship in one or more parcels depending on weight and courier regulations.

If your package arrives damaged externally, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.


8. Non-Delivery or Wrong Address

  • Customers must ensure that the provided shipping address and phone number are correct and complete.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, reshipping charges will apply.

  • CelestForge is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by wrong addresses, unavailability, or courier delays.


9. Delays Due to External Factors

CelestForge will not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns

  • Public holidays or courier network disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays (for international orders)

  • Unforeseen technical or logistical issues

We strive to inform customers in case of known or anticipated delays.


10. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been printed or dispatched:

  • It cannot be canceled or refunded, as each product is printed on demand.

  • For physical damage or misprint issues, replacement is offered as per our Refund Policy (Section 6: Replacement Policy).


11. Shipment Loss or Damage

If your package is lost in transit or delivered in damaged condition:

  • Notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

  • Provide photographs (if damaged) and order details to support@celestforgepublishing.com.

  • Upon verification, we may issue a replacement copy or coordinate with our courier partner for resolution.

  • Refunds are not provided for lost parcels; replacements are issued at no additional cost.


12. Bulk Orders and Special Requests

For bulk, institutional, or event orders:

  • Delivery time may extend based on quantity and location.

  • We recommend placing bulk orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance.

  • For export consignments or international deliveries exceeding 5 kg, custom logistics quotations may apply.


13. Delivery Confirmation and Proof

  • Successful delivery is confirmed through courier tracking systems.

  • If you claim non-receipt despite tracking confirmation, CelestForge may initiate an investigation with the courier before taking further action.

  • Any fraudulent or false non-receipt claims will be treated seriously and may affect future service eligibility.


14. Force Majeure

CelestForge shall not be liable for any delay or failure in shipping or delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, cyberattacks, strikes, or network outages.

This Shipping Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in courier partnerships, logistics processes, or legal requirements.
